Customs business is performed by appropriately licensed partners. The written quote identifies the importer arrangement, required documents and conditional costs such as examinations, storage, remeasurement, waiting or additional delivery services.

What is included in your DDP quote, and what is quoted separately?
For eligible air and LCL cargo, the agreed scope includes export declaration, international transport, destination clearance, duties and taxes, and final delivery. Pickup is quoted separately; FCL is quoted individually. Cargo, importer arrangements, the address and conditional costs are confirmed in writing before booking.
